In order to retain the right to cancel the contract, the consumer must ensure that the products remain in their original condition. If the device is destroyed, damaged, or impaired through no fault of the customer, the customer retains the right to cancel the contract. If the value of the product has decreased as a result of unpacking it or testing its functionality, this does not prevent the consumer from requesting a refund.

The product will not be accepted for return if at least one of the components is missing:

  • a receipt confirming the purchase from the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • a report detailing the defect, prepared by the service department.

The money for the goods will be refunded in accordance with the terms set forth in current law

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

A client who is unhappy for a specific reason is a problem, but a client who is unhappy without being able to pinpoint exactly why is even worse. Chances are there was a lack of collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, and there was no agreed-upon or clearly defined process with the necessary level of detail.

It's a content strategy that went wrong from the very beginning. Avoiding the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped then, and it won't help now. It's like saying, "You're a bad designer—use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph." True enough, but that's not all it takes to get things back on track.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If that’s what you think, what about the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles—all those elements that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere text: hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, subtle stresses, priorities—all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal for the reader. Strict proponents of content strategy may avoid using dummy copy, but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets along with the copy decks they supply—style sheets that align with the design direction they require.

Do I need to be there to sign for the delivery?

Then the question arises: where’s the content? Not there yet? That’s not so bad—placeholder text is here to save the day. But worse still, what if the fish doesn’t fit in the can, or the foot is too big for the boot? Or too small? Sentences that are too short, too many headings, images that are too large for the proposed design—or too small—or they fit but look off for some reason.

A client who is unhappy for a specific reason is a problem; a client who is unhappy but can’t quite put their finger on why is worse. Chances are there was a lack of collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, and no process was agreed upon or specified with the necessary level of detail. It’s content strategy gone wrong right from the start. If that’s what you think, what about the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design?
