Return Policy

Once you receive an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item.

This will allow us to assess the issue and help you resolve it as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, personalized items, and personal care products.

We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

We cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Substitutions

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide an explanation.

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take some time before the bank or credit card company shows the amount.
